Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of transaction for a refund. You must contact us via email email@example.com for a RMA#. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Our orders are shipped from numerous locations therefore order cancellation must be done before labels are printed to avoid the shipping charges. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 35% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
No refunds without RMA# and signature.
No returns on Special Order or Replacement Part items.
Refused or Undeliverable orders will have a 35% restocking fee. Shipping to and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and be deducted. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING. We ship to the address you provide.
Free Shipping items returned will be charged the cost of shipping the product to the customer. Customer will pay all return shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
TERMINAL PICK-UP OPTION
Terminal pickup allows your package to be received at a freight facility and held for up to 3 business days. Proper identification of the purchaser is required for pickup. We may be unable to determine the terminal address prior to shipping some factory direct items. Review the freight delivery check list above. Failure to pick up your product within 3 business days may result in additional fees for shipping & storage.

Shipping Time -- Orders that can be shipped UPS will ship the same or next business day Monday thru Friday in the order received, provided the order is placed before 12:00 PM CST and product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Motor Freight orders take 1 or 2 days before shipping.
All purchases from this Web Site are made as specified by a shipment contract with the carrier. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site are pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Claims for any damage or shortage must be noted on the freight bill before signing it. Immediately after receipt, open carton, inspect for concealed damage. If damage is found, notify delivering carrier at once, You have 15 days after the of receipt of goods to make a claim. After that product or products is considered complete and in good working order.
Free Shipping and Free Shipping freight items are for a commercial address with full access in the 48 Continental United States excluding HI, AK, and Puerto Rico. No coupon codes with free shipping items. If your order qualifies for free shipping, but your order also contains ineligible items, you will only be charged shipping for those ineligible items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We are not responsible for delays due to severe weather conditions.
